Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed on lukecalloway.com. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. About us
lukecalloway.com is run by Louca Poutziouri, a sole trader trading as LukeCalloway. Our business address is listed on our Contact information page. You can contact us at lukecalloway.store@gmail.com.
2. Our products
We do our best to show our products accurately. Product photos are for illustration, and colours can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes and measurements are approximate, so please check the product description before you order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout and include VAT where it applies. Any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we'll contact you before your order is processed, and you can cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm it has been dispatched. If we can't fulfil your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy. The items become your responsibility once they've been delivered to you.
6. Your right to cancel and return
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as set out in our Return and refund policy. This is longer than your legal right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and doesn't reduce it.
7. Faulty items
If an item is faulty or not as described, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us, and we'll put things right as set out in our Return and refund policy.
8. Our liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Using our website
The content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or the people we work with. Please don't copy or reuse it without our permission.
10. Your personal information
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live in the United Kingdom, and you can bring any claim in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you keep any protections your local consumer laws give you.
